Any estimate, quote, or proposal we provide is non-binding until reduced to a written, signed agreement between you and True Tone Hardwood. Project pricing, scope, scheduling, warranties, and payment terms are governed by the separate written agreement for that project, not by these Terms.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, project images, illustrations, designs, layouts, and the “True Tone Hardwood” name and any associated marks, is owned by True Tone Hardwood or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Warranties applicable to our flooring services, if any, are set forth exclusively in the written agreement for the relevant project and are not affected by these Terms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUE TONE HARDWOOD, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
