The Site provides general information about hardwood flooring services offered by True Tone Hardwood, including refinishing, installation, sanding, staining, and repair. Information presented on the Site is for general purposes only and does not constitute a contract, offer, or guarantee of services.

Any estimate, quote, or proposal we provide is non-binding until reduced to a written, signed agreement between you and True Tone Hardwood. Project pricing, scope, scheduling, warranties, and payment terms are governed by the separate written agreement for that project, not by these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, project images, illustrations, designs, layouts, and the “True Tone Hardwood” name and any associated marks, is owned by True Tone Hardwood or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any portion of the Site without our prior written consent.

4. User Submissions

If you submit photos, project details, reviews, testimonials, or other content to us through the Site or by email, you grant True Tone Hardwood a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in connection with our business and marketing, including on the Site, social media, and other promotional materials. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUE TONE HARDWOOD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site. Any reliance you place on such content is strictly at your own risk.

Warranties applicable to our flooring services, if any, are set forth exclusively in the written agreement for the relevant project and are not affected by these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUE TONE HARDWOOD, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Severability
